Paraboard® HD
Paraboard® HD is a factory laminated panel designed for use as the coverboard and base sheet layer in a multi-ply modified bitumen roofing system. Paraboard® HD consists of a polyester reinforced SBS-modified bitumen base sheet laminated to a high density closed cell polyisocyanurate insulation board.

About Paraboard® HD
Siplast Paraboard® HD is an asphaltic panel composed of a high-density closed cell polyisocyanurate foam core with an SBS-modified bitumen base sheet laminated on top. These high-performance panels are designed to be used as both the coverboard and base membrane layer in a modified bitumen roofing system and are suitable for use in roofing applications where thermal insulation and durability are essential. In certain applications, they may be used as temporary roofing during repairs and new construction Paraboard® HD helps save on installation time and labor, as it eliminates the steps required to individually adhere roof components below the cap sheet membrane. They can be installed using mechanical or adhered attachment methods.

Storage and handling
All Siplast insulation roofing products should be stored on a clean, flat surface at least 4 inches above the ground. Upon delivery, the factory packaging should be removed or slit on all four vertical sides allow for ventilation and to prevent the accumulation of condensation. All roofing products should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated place out of direct exposure to the elements when storming for more than 14 days prior to installation. Pallets should be covered with a breathable, waterproof covering and stored on a finished surface rather than on first or grass to avoid upward evaporation/transpiration of moisture.
