Pro Primers for Paraflex, Liquid-Applied
Siplast offers various Pro Primers as accessories to STP roofing and waterproofing systems for common substrates.
- Resins are translucent.
- Require a cure time of at least 12 hours prior to exposure to foot traffic or moisture. Must be allowed to cure for a minimum of 12 hours and can be exposed for a maximum of 48 hours following application prior to application of the Parapro, Terapro, Terapro VTS, or Paraflex System.
Pro Primer AC
Single component, water-based, acrylic latex, general purpose primer used as a bleed-blocker, adhesion-promoter, and corrosion-inhibitor

Pro Primer E
Siplast Pro Primer E is an epoxy moisture reducing primer used with both the Terapro PUR (polyurethane) & Terapro (PMMA) lines on new and existing concrete. It is a 100% solids, plural component epoxy that is alkali-resistant and can reduce moisture vapor emission levels from 25 pounds to less than 3 pounds per 1,000 ft1. Eligible for USGBC LEED, EQ Credit 4.2: Low-emitting VOC Compliant Materials2.
Pro Primer LD
Used where metal roof panels are to be treated prior to application of Paraflex Metal Roof Coating Systems. Pro Primer LD is used for corrosion protection and as an adhesion-promoter for steel, aluminum, and galvanized metal surfaces. Pro Primer LD can be used over sound, rusted metal substrates where sandblasting or mechanical abrasion is not possible.
