Terapro VTS Pro Fleece Reinforced
The Terapro VTS system provides a high-performance solution to the demanding waterproofing challenges of parking deck applications. The Terapro Base Resin layers with the Pro Fleece layer provide additional protection. This system contains an additional wearing layer to protect the reinforced waterproofing and is monolithic, durable, and water/UV resistant.

Terapro VTS Pro Grid Reinforced
The Terapro VTS Pro Grid Reinforced system provides an efficient application with the same hard-wearing surfacing as our traditional Pro Fleece Reinforced system. The application of Terapro VTS Pro Grid Reinforced is efficient - prime, reinforce, and waterproof in one step. The Pro Grid reinforcement can help reduce the amount of preliminary crack treatment associated with surface preparation.

Terapro VTS Unreinforced
Terapro VTS bond strength, together with tough crystal quartz surfacing, lends a level of durability to the system that is not often found in parking deck coatings.

The hard-wearing VTS system is completed with a layer of Pro Color Finish. The Pro Color Finish palette includes long-wearing color options appropriate for traffic paths and low-maintenance markings for parking garages. More advantages include:
- Resists sheer loads from vehicular traffic
- Full-surface adhesion and creates an impermeable membrane
- Fast-curing - ready for traffic in approximately 3 hours when installed properly
- Resistance to typical vehicular fluids and provides a skid-resistant surface
- Can be applied in temperatures as low as 32°F
